Well, I clicked on the story and it does appear to be true, but it doesn't really mention (from what I saw) why people are pushing it.

I don't see any posts so far that give a calm and rational argument for it, that's all. Just standard squabbling.

for one the monies are supposed to be used for rent and their CHILDRENS care. NOT for the adults to withdraw money to go buy booze, drugs and whatever else blows their skirt up.
