I don't know really, but abortion was legal in several states before roe v wade. If Ms. Ginsburg does go away for whatever reason then I guess the democrats will actually start murdering people at the confirmation hearing for whomever Trump nominates.

I don't see shitcanning Roe vs. Wade any time soon. Perhaps the SC will be more open to states limiting abortion to the first 20 weeks or other similar limitations.
