Since Medicaid funds can't be used to pay for abortion, the ruling just means a lot of poor people will not be getting contraceptives, testing and treatment for STD's, HIV tests, and routine health services.

Did you read beyond the headline? All the court has said is that the lower court used the wrong standards in making its determination. The case is now back in the hands of the lower court, which will have to determine the question by applying the correct standards.
