Judge Cannon denies Trump's delay demand in classified document case

The case brought by Jack Smith is most favorable to the defense, being a collection of whines dressed up as an indictment.

Smith has failed to connect the dots between an action by Trump, and a criminal statute which that action violated.

That’s a cool story, but if Jack’s case is weak then why is this judge resorting to bizarre, desperate, off-the-wall tactics that bring into question her competency and bias?

Why not simply follow sane, standard process, based on sound law?

Do you seriously believe that PRA has any relevance to criminal Espionage Act charges???
