How many border crossing were there that did not have to go through Israel?
if you must know - since every border the new state would be with israel alone (with the exception of rafah, which today is controlled by egypt and hamas), they would be controlled by israel and the PA. still - arafat preferred the second intifada.
What about that long border with Jordan?
Barak's final offer stipulated that "the palestinian border would run along the river jordan".
The Allenby Bridge was never mentioned specifically, mainly because the, at least not officially. The whole Summit revolved around 3 main axes: right of return, jerusalem, and the west bank territories. arafat refused barak's offer before the details could be hashed out.
