Illegal aliens(democrats insist on calling them newcomers) are raping and murdering American citizens. They are letting murderers and rapists and career criminals out of jail. Meanwhile the left wants to spend time investigating the former president for frivolous charges. WTF is wrong with these people.

No reason to deflect in here. Look up presidential immunity. Now they aren’t immune from crimes before or after they leave office, this is why xiden could be prosecuted for stealing classified docs and trading them for money…if he weren’t too incompetent to stand trial according to the DOJ

If someone has committed murder then yes they should go to jail. I haven't seen any criminal indictments for Obama killing someone.
ColonelAngus is likely referring to Anwar Awlaki, his 16 year old son and I think two other members of his family that were killed by drone strikes ordered by then President Obama.

I believe the official word is that Anwar Awlaki was the only American who was specifically targeted and the others were killed "accidentally". No one has seriously considered charging Obama for what honestly does seem like a violation of due process. The only problem with ColonelAngus argument is that if they did charge Obama no Democrat would be crying about the deep state or corrupt judges.
