I have a view of the people that swear an oath to the Constitution, and do not care about it.No, shocking that you have such a warped view of an institution

"Roberto Saviano fined for insulting Italian PM Giorgia Meloni"
Clearly this person could easily have said what they wanted to say without using an insult.
Every right is limited. But how limited is always going to depend on where the line is....
When it comes to the press, do they have certain responsibilities that they should stick to, like "no swearing" because kids might read it, AND because journalists are supposed to be more intelligent than that.
Court rooms do not permit swearing.Speech is not absolute, so, yes, swearing can be legally blocked in certain venues.
And you think most cops abuse their power?I have a view of the people that swear an oath to the Constitution, and do not care about it.
How so?It's the institution that is warped
YesAnd you think most cops abuse their power?
It’s sad you imprint the minority on the majority
You think the majority of cops dont enforce unconstitutional policies and local laws? It’s sad you imprint the minority on the majority
I hope you're not expecting me to defend misinformation, even if unintended.
How so?
What are the unconstitutional policies and local laws that you’re referring toYou think the majority of cops dont enforce unconstitutional policies and local laws?
Simply Lying to a cop isn’t a crime. If a cop asks me where I’m going and I say my parents house, but then I go to the park and he sees me.. I won’t get arrestedCops no longer serve the community they have become nothing but a revenue arm of the state.
Cops are allowed to and trained to lie to the public but it's a crime if you lie to the cops.
I love how people think kids are blank slates and not aware of the ever expanding world around them. Most kids already know more curse words than their parents.
When I was 8 years old I could cuss like a sailor.
