Zone1 Is swearing protected by freedom of speech and freedom of press?

This happened in Italy.

"Roberto Saviano fined for insulting Italian PM Giorgia Meloni"

Clearly this person could easily have said what they wanted to say without using an insult.

Every right is limited. But how limited is always going to depend on where the line is....

When it comes to the press, do they have certain responsibilities that they should stick to, like "no swearing" because kids might read it, AND because journalists are supposed to be more intelligent than that.
italy doesnt have freedom of speech,,

It's Europe. You can go to jail or get deported for saying anti Jewish stuff but not anti Christian stuff.

Cops no longer serve the community they have become nothing but a revenue arm of the state.

Cops are allowed to and trained to lie to the public but it's a crime if you lie to the cops.
Simply Lying to a cop isn’t a crime. If a cop asks me where I’m going and I say my parents house, but then I go to the park and he sees me.. I won’t get arrested

Most kids already know more curse words than their parents.

When I was 8 years old I could cuss like a sailor.
I love how people think kids are blank slates and not aware of the ever expanding world around them.
