The other day a few professors and college presidents attempted to dance their way out of a question about bigotry on campus.

They claimed that hate speech is protected if you take into consideration the context.

What they mean is if the context is hate speech against a protected class, race, or religion you cannot expect protections under the 1st Amendment.

That means it's okay to call for the genocide of Jews, but you can't say anything negative about blacks, Muslims, or people in the LGBTQ+ community.

But that's not what the 1st Amendment says. And the 1st Amendment isn't a shield to Jew haters.

If you're calling for the murder of anyone, you're attempting to incite violence against them. The context doesn't matter, because hate speech against Jews will eventually lead to violence against Jews. They hashed this out in the courts when they said that if you incite people to commit a rape you're just as guilty as the rapist.
Anyone who goes out in the public and chants genocide of Jews is just as guilty as the person who tries to carry it out.

Hate speech is often defined as saying anything critical about blacks, even when it is obviously true. The same people who define hate speech that way think it is acceptable to call for violence against Jews.

Not just violence.....but the extermination of Jews.

They want open season on whites and Jews in America.

Plain & Simple.

:no_text11: . Speech which endangers or infringes on the rights of others is NOT protected, that is why you can't shout FIRE in a crowded theater. Any "professor" who can't understand that simple fact needs fired and expelled immediately.

Jew hating liberal college presidents have a hard time excusing their student bodies acting out against Jews just for being Jewish. Let them stew for a while in their own juices then.

Is calling for the overthrow of the government?

Hate speech can mean criticizing blacks, even when - as is usually the case - the criticism is accurate.

Calling for the death of Jews is considered to be free speech.

I was threatened by Google when I responded to a YouTube video that all Hamas AND THEIR SUPPORTERS need to be done executed.

Apparently Google/YouTube is okay with threats to INNOCENT Jews but calling for the death of actual Hamas supporters is "hate against an ethnic group.". Leftists have twisted values
