Having limited knowledge of law and the new law Citizen United case. I am hoping that there might be a person with a better understanding of this circumstance.
If indeed corporations are people and are permitted the freedoms of such qualification then why do they not share the responsibilities that are assumed as people. Would it not stand to reason that they would pay personal taxes and not the very preferred corporate rate with all the loop holes and deductions?.
Any help in understanding this would be appreciated. I am not up to reading an excess of 180 page decision riddled with terms I do not understand completely.
