The POTUS had no connection, that's the only reason he's not being nailed for it.

Repubs had one dog and pony show after another investigating....researched from here to high heaven and could not find even a trace of evidence that what the irs chose to use as their parameters came from the Whitehouse or was directed by the president.

1. Liberals were hell-bent arguing that no targeting ever took place. It did.

2. None other than D-Elijah Cummings was proven to have played a part in the targeting. He tried to derail the hearings before the evidence of his part in it was exposed.

3. No, no direct role has been established between the WH and the IRS. One must distinguish, however, between factual evidence and common sense.

The TEA Party had a HUGE impact on the previous election, contributing to the Dem's loss of the House...and then suddenly they began being targeted. The IRS has no motivation on its own to target the TEA Party as their jobs weren't on the line. Cumming's participation is understood, as he was concerned for his own job, seeing how the TEA Party caused the jobs of his fellow Dems that last election. Although the WH 'was not directly involved', they coincidently reaped the benefitted of the TEA Party and Patriot groups being targeted just the same.
