Baruch.....i work for the PO....we dont have spy cams in our trucks.....and carriers have been harassed before and a spy cam has never been installed to film the harasser.....this is why i was asking....usually the police or postal inspectors tail the carrier and observe what happens themselves......if its filmed,its filmed from where they are......
