If Obamney I mean Romney gets elected, will he be able to repeal Obamney care?

People like the political circus and so that's what they get. but if elected, would Romney be able to repeal the Obamney care or would there be some excuses for this new tax, such as not enough conservatives on the floor or something usual? because I don't remember any tax cuts under bush, maybe i wasn't paying attention.
