Gag Don Trump?
Hell no!
Who wants that? (other than civilian clerks and targets of his?)

Trump's mouth (or keyboard mouth) is entertainment....with a capital 'E'.

-----------------------------------------------

OK, most saw the recent $10,000 fine for violating the latest
be still/be respectful order from the court.
And then, the judge who issues that 'be still' order ruled that one of the daughters of Don Trump needs to testify in one of his fraud trials.

So, Don Trump, perhaps predicably, went on social media to complain.

Here is news coverage tonight on his ...."posting":

"Trump has repeatedly attacked Engoron and others involved in the case, including New York Attorney General Tish James.

After Trump posted a picture of Engoron’s clerk posing with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, falsely calling her his “girlfriend,” the judge imposed a gag order barring the former president from disparaging court staff.

Trump was fined $10,000 on Wednesday for his second violation of the gag order.

In a post to Truth Social, the former president derided the judge, Arthur Engoron, as “unhinged” and “an out of control ‘Nut Job,’” contending that Ivanka Trump should not have to testify after she was dismissed as a defendant in June.

“I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me,” Trump wrote.

In another post, Trump called Engoron “grossly incompetent,” “a partisan political hack” and a “Radical Trump Hater.”

----------------------------------------

So, anyone wanna predict on whether a gag-order is gonna be stepped up?

Who here thinks he may be pokin' the bear?

I have a feeling that after Trump regains the throne a lot of people are going to jail, no bail.

Even the ACLU is on Trump's side. The Biden Gestapo must be defeated.

She's no longer a defendant but she is still a witness, and she was an executive in the Trump Organization.

Well, speaking of gag-orders, Federal judge Chutkan (sp?) has re-imposed the stricter order for Don Trump to cease attempting to diss or intimidate clerks, judges, prosecutors, witnesses, or potential witnesses. Her order was posted last night, Sunday, the 29th.

Per the judge:
“Mr. Trump is a criminal defendant,” she said. “First Amendment freedoms do not allow him to launch a pretrial smear campaign against participating government staff, their families, and foreseeable witnesses.”

Yes, Don Trump is a candidate running for public office, but........but he cannot (or should not) scream "Fire" in a crowded theater when there is no fire.
"Free Speech"....comes with responsibility. And the judge, once again, informed Don Trump, and the public, that she will hold him to that responsibility.

USA! USA!

Judge reimposes restrictions on Trump’s speech in Jan. 6 case

A federal judge has reimposed limits on former president Donald Trump’s public statements in advance of his trial on charges of conspiring to subvert the results of the 2020 election.

U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan on Sunday evening put back in place an order she had lifted nine days earlier to give Trump and U.S. prosecutors more time to argue whether the restrictions were unconstitutional, as attorneys for the former president had claimed. Trump can now ask a higher court for an emergency stay pending appeal, but in the meantime he is bound by Chutkan’s limits. If Trump violates the gag, as he did a similar order by a state judge in New York, Chutkan will have to decide how to punish the former president and leading presidential candidate.

More preferential treatment. Anyone else would already be in jail. The only question now is what will Chutkan do when he violates it again?

Nah, Trump should run his mouth and end up in jail for violating the nth gag order.

I have a feeling that after Trump regains the throne a lot of people are going to jail, no bail.

The President of the United States does not sit on a “throne”. The President is a “civil servant”, just like everyone else who works for the US government.

President of the United States does not “rule” the American people he serves them. As a servant of the people, Trump was rude, arrogant and utterly incompetent, and the American people voted to fire him.

As in the business world, Trump refuses to accept termination of his contract and keep suing his business associates to force them to continue to do business with him.

Trump serves no one but himself, refuses to obey court orders and continues to commit crimes on a daily basis.

All of which proves that he is completely unfit to hold the office to which he aspires
