Started on Reagan's watch or right before he got elected. Jack Welch of GE laid the blueprint. Employees no longer were entitled to their jobs. No 30 years and retire from one place.

Plenty of money has been thrown at the issues in question, without success. The problem is when you cover the costs of people fucking up without any shame, you get more people fucking up.
