Instead of 'commencement' speakers telling graduates that "they are the hope of the future", maybe they should tell them what has become of previous graduating classes. That'll wake 'em up.

What has happened that they should be told about

Kids (or anyone that knows about it) being bullied must reveal it to the school administration. Bullies must then be removed from those schools and placed in special Schools for Bullies. Problem solved.

Bullying must be outed by the students themselves. There should be no acceptions. That's what needs to be encouraged. Their is only cowardice in bullying. Show it for what it is.
