How does Daniel Tosh get away with some of the stuff he pulls?

For those who don't know, Daniel Tosh is a comedian who hosts a show called "Tosh.O" and it's freaking hilarious. Well, in my opinion it's hilarious anyway.

If you know who he is, you know what I'm talking about. He rags on everyone no matter what. Race, creed, dead or alive, sexual orientation........everything and no one calls him out on it, no one takes offense.

Is it because he does rag on everyone like he's an equal opportunity comic?

Comics of days gone by were like this. Don Rickles is hilarious, youtube his stuff. No one was offended because everyone was the butt of the joke at some point. Classic stuff, none of this pc shit. I'll have to check out Tosh.O

I think being clever and funny goes a long way.
