I do not have a statistic but there are many studies, I do not know what proof's mean, but HIV started out in the homosexual community. Even with HIV+ males, I cannot quite follow your point, if there is one, but there is the possibility of the virus crossing the placenta...what the hell is a foremost homo?

That to me - being HIV positive, isn't about being necessarily a homo (homosexual) - independent of foremost homo's having initially spread that disease.
Since you had brought in the accusation that being negative towards a HIV restaurant, would be in conformance with being against gays.

If one has an open cut in the gum area or e.g. gum bleeding issues - he/she can very well contract HIV and anything else via simply chewing and eating HIV or other contaminated food.

Chefs use knives, and have a high possibility of accidentally cutting themselves. A person can get HIV after being exposed to or ingesting infected blood, so an HIV-infected chef is a hard pass.

And before you say "But cooking the food would kill the virus", I'll mention the fact that you don't cook salads.

Ice cream is another thing that can't be cooked. I actually have a cousin who has HIV and when he still worked, a bookstore is where he earned his money. In other words, I am surprised that the health department would allow a restaurant to have HIV positive employees due to how risky they are.
