You forgot to mention the $500,000 pay off, which was not reported..I have learned from experience that attempting to explain facts that run counter to narrative is a fool's errand. But nevertheless, I admittedly have somewhat of a compulsion to inform. So here goes.
1. Russia did not purchase "our uranium". They bought a company that owns uranium mines in the US. The balance of uranium possesion between the US and Russia did not change, and no uranium was moved as a result of the sale.
2. Clinton did not have the power to "approve" or "deny" the sale. Only the President has that power. As SoS, Clinton did (nominally) sit on CFIUS, the Commitee for Foreign Investment in the United States, but so did 19 other cabinet members and officials, with the committee being chaired by the Secretary of the Treasury. This committee does not have veto power over such a sale, they are only there to advise the President. The advice to approval the sale was unanimous, and Clinton was almost certainly not even present when that advice was decided, since she has a record of not attending the meetings or paying attention, and voting with the rest of the committee.

Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.
And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.
