The person may have a reaction where they themselves turn their bodies etc. - but bullets do not cause a human body to move, with exception of course if they are shot in the head - and the head itself will fly back a little. Put yourself in the officer's place. Is it worth risking your life over some kid who given half a chance will cut your heart out? The liberal press claims he was only holding a small pocket-knife. I saw it. The blade was at least 4 inches long. It was shiny like a switchblade. The kid was a threat. The main problem I have is how many times they shot him.....but by the book, it was a justifiable homicide.
