He Was Still Waving His Knife at Cops After Several Attempts Were Made To Get Him To Surrender

The kid was walking away from the cops when he was shot. There is no contention. Even the, soon to be liberal, FOX news network was appalled that he was shot, what, 16 frigin times. PLEASE!

The cop needs to be held responsible for his actions. He will probably be found guilt of something short of murder, but he was totally in the wrong.

VIDEOS DON'T LIE! He was across the centerline when he was shot.
He was walking toward them....did a quick turn...like he was trying to do a spin move in an old Western, and stumbled back when he was shot. From their perspective he was trying to flank them, not walk away....and they only fired when he made a sudden move.
He turned because he was shot. Twice while standing and 14 times while on the ground
That's an assumption one cannot make without hearing the audio. It looked to me he was shot several times and went down....then started moving and was shot repeatedly until after he stopped moving.

Again....we aren't being told the whole story once again.

This is what a corrupt media does for you.
Twice while standing. 14 times on the ground. This is information provided by the medical examiner. He spun after being shot. This is information provided in the description of the video by the press. There's no reason to disbelieve it.

Either way, 14 times on the ground. That's murder

No, the kid did not do a "spin move." He had been shot and was flung by the impact.

Hmmmm..."flung by the impact".... in the opposite direction of the bullet?...seems odd. :eusa_eh:
Also...when people are shot in real life (not on tv) there is little to no physical reaction. Bullets literally zip right through your body. People only "fly in the air" etc. in the movies.
You have no idea what you are talking about. People drop, the fall forward, the spin, the fall backward, they do all sorts of things. This is not a "by the spirit" event. This is based on real experience. The bullet flung him around.

Mud is flying his flag of surrender.

No they don't dude.
Of course they fall...but the body itself - caused by the bullet physically entering their body - literally has no reaction. The person may have a reaction where they themselves turn their bodies etc. - but bullets do not cause a human body to move, with exception of course if they are shot in the head - and the head itself will fly back a little. That is only in the movies.

Of the two shots fired while the kid was standing one was in his back.

Well, there was no audio, so maybe he yelled, "Your white wife is Hot!"

That certainly should have been enough for the cop to pump that many shots into him.

"flank them"?????????????/

Okay, now THAT is funny.

You need to find out what "flank" means.

Hint: One kid, 15 feet away, can't do it.

"flank".

You really do get nuttier every day.
Someone has watched too many Civil War movies.....lol.

You simply have no idea what you are talking about. You get it with a solid slug, it will move you much of the time.

Mudwhistile, like 007, just does not get better with age: he keeps degenerating.

Jake Snarkey.......learn how to spell.
Get counseling, speedo.

You don't understand even the simplest physics if you believe a bullet will make a body fly back or turn.
That would literally be impossible.
MsGnostic, you are wrong about the properties and characteristics of matter as you are about light and spirit.

You can find the examimer's disgram. Why do you insist on calling the forensic evidence bs?

Put yourself in the officer's place. Is it worth risking your life over some kid who given half a chance will cut your heart out? The liberal press claims he was only holding a small pocket-knife. I saw it. The blade was at least 4 inches long. It was shiny like a switchblade. The kid was a threat. The main problem I have is how many times they shot him.....but by the book, it was a justifiable homicide.

Tell me where I'm wrong here.

Did you ever hear of delusional schizophrenia? It's vanDyke's only hope -- provided he can afford the right lawyer and the right forensic psychiatrist.

Otherwise, Manslaughter 1.

It's not the impact energy of the bullet that animates a shooting victim. Unless being struck with something like a 12 ga. slug at close range it's mainly a nervous reaction -- as from touching something hot.
