The latest release of Clinton’s e-mails should tell Democrats that Trey Gowdy’s Select Committee is far from finished:
If FBI Director Comey does not have enough evidence to arrest Hillary Clinton by now it will be tough for the rest of us to decide if Comey is Inspector Clouseau or Chief Inspector Dreyfus:
Citing Benghazi to promote this line of reasoning does not smell right:
Exactly, what does “. . . unable to do any good.” and “. . . effectively engage overseas.” mean? Do good for who?
And I cannot see diplomats unable to engage with a host government?
Both phrases smell like promoting a United Nations agenda that has nothing to do with America’s sovereignty —— protecting America’s sovereignty is something most Americans still believe is the State Department’s one and only purpose. If unable to engage arises, it is time for the State Department to pack their balloons and leave the country in question. Apparently, Benghazi fell between the cracks on that one since Secretary of State Clinton was engaged with the wrong people, or else she did not know what was taking place right under her nose.
Then comes President Hillary Clinton. This smells worse than effectively engage overseas:
Frankly, if Clinton was so formidable Republicans would not have come out of the woodwork to take her on. The Democrat party in 2008 belonged to the Clintons, yet the Chicago sewer rat was the one and only time Hillary faced a real opponent in a campaign, and he whipped her sorry ass for HER party’s nomination.

“I don’t think there’s anything more frustrating for a member of the Foreign Service than to be out there, deployed abroad, and unable to do any good.”
A survey of 1,600 active-duty State Department employees released in April by the American Foreign Service Association found that more than half believed that “post-Benghazi, it is now more difficult for employees to effectively engage overseas.” Twenty-five percent of diplomatic security agents said the same thing.

FBI Director James Comey is the pivotal figure in the 2016 presidential race that no one is talking about.
Comey, a Republican appointed by President Obama who enjoys a stellar reputation on both sides of the aisle, is investigating Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of State.
Clinton is the overwhelming favorite to win the Democratic presidential nomination next year and is expected to be a tough candidate for any Republican to face in 2016.
