The spread of HIV can be prevent, even with unprotected anal sex, if the HIV positive person take He proper medication. If every HIV positive individual takes the meds we can eradicate the disease.

I still think the law should require a person with any STD to inform any sexual partner before engaging in sexual acts.

However to someone who contracts the disease we now have a way to prevent the spread of it.

The medicine is expensive and use thereof should be encourage if not mandatory.
