They say they will move to a 'Caucus' system. I don't understand the differences.

Anybody?


In a primary people vote like at an election. In a caucus they have party meetings and the party faithful who attend get to decide who the nominee is.

But it just moves the fight from the primary ballot to the general election ballot.

I think the State has to be notified by Jan 4th or Trump can't get on the ballot anyway. Kinda short notice for SCOTUS.
