Mexico has oil... Could easily be another Texas. The problem is Mexico will not pursue economic policies that build a middle class and provides for upward mobility.

Instead of threatening them to control their border, the best thing would be for us to annex them. Send in 82nd, depose the government, take over and privatize their main industries (oil, drugs and prostitution).
