    Both Germany and France recorded positive growth in the second quarter.

    It is likely the US will soon follow.

    Indeed, most of my younger friends who fancy themselves to be budding millionaires maintain that Germany and France rocketing out of recession means we will follow within a week or two. Not one of them think that Price to Earnings has any value in investing today.

    "That is an old concept." they say. If enough of them believe that, then they are right.
