Notoriously infamous for cruel tyranny in Rome.... Caligula 'little boot' the grandson of Tiberius, Formally known as Gaius Caesar, was Roman emperor from AD 37 to AD 41. Son of Germanicus and Agrippina the Elder: Caligula 1400 Days of Terror

Caligula was spoiled and was never told no by anybody. He was placed in a position he was unqualified for, with power he should have never had. He cared about no one but himself. The people knew he wasn't qualified, but many didn't care, They just wanted change. The Senate hated him.
