A three-page security document marked "for US private sector security purposes only" provided a detailed briefing on the warring factions of the Hutch and Kinahan gangs.

The alert for the Easter weekend events, obtained by RTÉ, was issued by the Irish branch of the United States Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).

The body is operated by the Bureau of Diplomatic Security at the US Department of State, which is connected to the US embassy in Dublin.

The Americans appear to know more about security issues in Ireland than the Irish authorities. It is not just about Irish crime gangs, the Americans are also concerned about Islamic radicals in Ireland.

US officials believe that Ireland hasn't got the expertise or the resources to tackle the issue. Americans see Ireland as a safe haven for Islamists and are monitoring the situation.

"Looking all lethal"

Sky masks covers the biggest part of his face, but not his eyes and eye sockets. Someone paying attention and happen to see him on teh street out of uniform.....if they paid attention to his eyes ; they would know whom he was......The Officer they just seen before, standing on the street in uniform and a ski mask.

Incidences like this - Riots & Gangs : Intelligence goes up ten fold.

People on the street in civilian clothes, whom watch and document. People in buildings and high rises looking out. Cars driving up and down the street with police / Intel people in them.

You need to find out whom and where. To do that, you need people on the street, in bars, restaurants, shopping centers....and other locations to gain intelligence. After a period of time if you get no intelligence, you offer a reward.

Everyone is your friend, till your worth $100,000 dollars.
