Hamas has been testing Biden from the beginning to see if he had any backbone and when Biden doesn't lift a finger in the wake of limited terrorist attacks it has been steadily escalating until now we have full blown war.
Hamas has little ability to raise its own funding and depends primary on Qatar, Turkey, and yes, Iran, at an estimated $30 million per month, to keep it well supplied. There is even a German connection there.
