She specifically cited December, 2016. Jobs were produced in 2016. And that is the point from which the 3.7 million begins. She never mentioned Trump quoting more jobs than his predecessor. I don't need to look at the video, you just need to pay attention. You were the one trying to accuse Ruhle of stating something about Trump saying he produced more jobs. Trump didn't say it, and neither did Ruhle. So you just made that assumption up in your head. The problem with you is, you don't pay attention. Trump's 3.7 million jobs was from 2016 to 2018. Trump wasn't president in 2016. That is what Stephanie Ruhle was talking about. The second claim is built around the fact that Trump says that during the campaign he could not have said that millions of jobs would be created in the first years of his administration. He said that he would have been ridiculed for such a claim.
Nowhere in the video does Trump claim a record in the number of jobs created, he simply says that 3.7 million was a big number that he could not have promised to achieve during the campaign.
Romney said during his run for the presidency against Obama that Russia was America's biggest threat and he was right. However Romney was ridiculed for that statement. Trump certainly would have been ridiculed if he had promised a robust economy in the first two years of his Administration during the campaign.
The second claim is not a lie.

I don't pay attention???? You are funny. And no that is not what the woman is talking about.
The woman cited that the 3.7 million number was calculated from between December 2016 and June 2018. By December 2016 businesses knew that Trump was going to reduce regulations, cut taxes and provide a more desirable environment for business investment. But that is not the issue raised in the video.
Now focus - the woman was in fact comparing job creation in the 19 months prior to Trump's election as if Trump had claimed his numbers were better than Obama's. Trump didn't state his numbers were better only that no one would have believed him if he had predicted job growth in the millions.
You should look at your own video again.
