The tax cut claim is number 3 (number three). Remember this because it is important. Trump claims the biggest tax cut in history but it's said that Reagan and Bush both offered bigger tax cuts. How this was measured isn't said. What the woman making the claim underlines is that the rich got big tax cuts under Trump. The problem here is that Trump is not claiming the biggest personal income tax cuts but simply - tax cuts. It remains to be seen whether that is true or an exaggeration.

The third claim requires further information in order to determine the veracity of the claim.

Wrong! The only tax cuts he was talking about were for the rich, because that is what was signed into law. Tax cuts in his statement involved his recent tax cut going to the wealthy. Tax cut or tax cuts to the wealthy, are the same thing.
