Look up Kellogg Brown & Root and Dresser Ind. Cheney had to get everything in place before the Iraq war, because in 1995 he was very anti going to war with Iraq. In 2001 while CEO he allowed a subsidiary of Halliburton to be opened in Tehran Iran, some said he should of been brought to charges due to "Trading with Enemy". Halliburton was sued in the early 90's and Halliburton overcharged the government in Iraq and the time of the bush admin. Cheney made lots of money, they all did.
