I didn't at first, but your page is probably too big. Keep your finger on the Ctrl button and use your scroll button on your mouse to page the page smaller and you will see a red box with a white arrow on the right of the screen just above and to the right of the CONTACT US HELP HOME section at the bottom. It moves up the screen as you move up.

Yes, me too. I need the font large to see the print so I put the cursor on the (not sure what to call it), the vertical scrolling thing on the screen and direct it up to the top of the page.

It would be good if that red arrow is better placed for those who need to see the page font large.

My keyboard has a function where, in the number keys, I can hit Ctrl + 7 for Home and it takes me to the top of the page anywhere I am.
