Fair and Impartial Trump Jury

The legal burden of proof of “beyond a reasonable doubt” means that the prosecution must convince the jury that “there is no other reasonable explanation that can come from the evidence presented at trial.” That incredibly high evidentiary threshold must be established for every single element of the crime alleged. What is more, criminal trials require unanimity on part of the jury;
Trump is charged with 23 Felony counts
Some may be difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt others may be quite easy.

A Hung Jury may not be in an all or nothing situation. They may compromise on the harder charges and convict on the lesser charges

It looks like he NYC Jury will be fair and impartial in judging Trump

I don’t like his persona,” she said. “I don’t like some of my coworkers, but I don’t try to sabotage their work.”

“He just seems very selfish and self-serving so I don’t really appreciate that in any public servant, so I don’t know him as a person, so I don’t know how he is in terms of his integrity,” she added. “It’s just not my cup of tea.”

In denying Trump’s challenge, Merchan said it’s not enough that she doesn’t like his persona because she said she was certain she could set that aside to be fair and impartial.

LOL 'I think he's a despicable scumbag .... but I can be fair and unbiased.' LOl

It is like Trump on Jan 6

The election was stolen, it is an assault on America, YOU need to stop the certification……but go peacefully

Doesn’t the last sentence negate the rest?

Fire up an angry mob and then send them to the Capitol
But go peacefully

The Foreman, juror number one, is an Irish immigrant who works as a salesman from West Harlem. He used to be a waiter, didn’t finish college, and loves the outdoors. He’s married with no kids. He claims that he receives his news from the liberal New York Times, the Daily Mail, Fox News, and far-left MSNBC. Watters previously noted this was suspicious since he knew no one who watches both MSNBC and Fox News.

Juror Number Two. This is a replacement for one of the dismissed jurors, who admitted yesterday she could not be fair and impartial after being exposed by Watters. This juror is a man who works as an investment banker, has an MBA in finance, and is similar to a liberal activist to an extent. He also has family members who are lawyers. While he follows Trump on X/Twitter, he also follows Trump’s disgraced former lawyer Michael Cohen and his podcast and the leftist account Mueller She Wrote, which lionizes corrupt former FBI director Robert Mueller. He also closely follows news on Israel and Ukraine and receives his news from the New York Times. The man enjoys hiking, music concerts, and exploring New York City in his spare time.

Juror Number Three is an Asian lawyer in his late 20s or 30s and is originally from Oregon. His corporate law firm features DEI on its homepage. He’s single, lives in Chelsea, and claims he’s not very familiar with Trump’s other charges. He likes to hike and run and receives his news from the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and Google.

Juror Number Four. This is the second replacement. The previous one was dismissed after it was learned he was previously arrested in the 1990s for tearing down Republican campaign signs. The new juror is a security engineer originally from California who now lives on the Upper West Side. He claims he listens to comedy podcasts and several news organizations, though he declined to go into detail. His hobbies include “various things,” such as wood and metalworking, but he spends the most time caring for his three children.

Juror Number Five is a black woman in her 20s originally from Harlem who has a Master’s degree and works a teacher. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and lives with her brother. She gets her news from Google and TikTok and listens to the leftist podcast The Breakfast Club.
She was evasive when asked whether she had a strong opinion of Trump. She only said, “There was a divide in the country, and I can’t ignore that.”

Juror Number Six is a recent college graduate in her 20s who works for Woke Disney. She previously made the courtroom laugh because she wanted to know if the trial would be over before September because she’s a bridesmaid at her sister’s wedding. She’s unmarried, has no kids, and likes to dance. She lives with three roommates and gets her news from leftist outlets like the New York Times, Google, Facebook, and TikTok. But she claims she doesn’t have strong feelings about Trump one way or the other.

Seems like a highly educated jury who will be able to listen to testimony and view evidence and make a decision based on the facts

I have been on a criminal case jury.
You don’t have to like or dislike the defendant.

The defendant may be a nice guy, a priest, fireman, EMT who does community service. But if the evidence says he is guilty, you have to convict.

The defendant may be a Skin Head with swastikas and KKK tattoos all over his body. But if there is insufficient evidence to convict, you have to let him go.

FACTS? lol!

The reason he does not state the crime is that he is relying, ultimately, on the sensationalized aspect of a hush money payment to engender the public perception that adulterous activity, though immoral, constitutes a felony under the law, even though that is patently not the case! The idea is to exploit and manipulate public opinion, naturally recalcitrant (though perhaps less so nowadays than in years past) to the concept of extramarital affairs — and then conflate those received public biases and strong emotions with tangled legal theories of criminality, distorting the law and sowing both legal and moral confusion in the process.

Yes
In spite of Conservative denial, there are facts and relevant testimony

Checks and business records will be provided to show how Cohen was paid and how it was reported

Cohen will testify what Trump told him, what he advised, what he was asked to do and that he used the money to pay Stormy Daniels

Stormy Daniels will testify about how small Trumps penis is and what a lousy lover he is

The jury will consider all evidence and make a decision

Trump always claimed New Yorkers loved him and would cheer and applaud when they saw him. Now he says they hate him so much till he can't get a fair trial. I don't see how both can be true. Was he lying before, or is he lying now?
Obviously, both then and now. It is his thing.

YOU need to stop the certification……but go peacefully

Doesn’t the last sentence negate the rest?
Nope. Because he never said anything like that. Is that what Lizzy's Partisan Lallopalooza J6Fest told you? Haven't you figured out Lizzy was lying to you?

That is what Trumps defense in the Jan 6 trial will revolve around.
Did he mean “Go Peacefully and Patriotically”

Lizzy's lies?

Of course he did. That's why he said it. That's why he was acquitted when your cult first tried him on inciting a riot.

All comes to the purpose of this thread

Does one contrary statement negate everything else you said before that ?

Trump: Mexico sends their murderers, rapists and drug dealers….but some of them may be good people

Trump: You are being cheated, the election was stolen, YOU need to do something to stop Congress…..now go peacefully

Juror: I never liked Trumps persona…but I can be impartial
