Can Trump Get a Jury Who Will Give Him a Fair Shake?

Right, just like the jurors in the OJ trial. LOL
Did you agree with jurors in the O.J., civil trail?

Did you agree with jurors in the O.J., civil trail?

Of course not. The trial was moved to a predominantly Black area that Johnny Cochrane knew would be biased in favor of OJ. The entire trial was a waste of time since the jury ignored the evidence and immediately came back with their innocent verdict.

Have they sat through a jury trial or just watched Fox News?

Do you support the actions of Donald Trump in this case?

Hey here's a newsflash: lots of things are morally questionable or unethical but are not ILLEGAL

Because you all are the New Puritans, you don't understand the difference.

Did you notice " with intent to commit another crime..." the other crime is never specified. In the real world that would cause this entire action to fail. Not only would the other crime have to be identified but proved.

If he did buy her silence with business funds, that would be a misdemeanor and the statute ran long ago.

Msn on msn, you people keep repeating that shit like a mantra. try and keep up.

Ken White: We know a lot more now about the D.A.’s theory of the case than we did before. There was a lot of speculation about whether the predicate crime — the one Trump was promoting by falsifying records — was going to be federal or state, and whether it was going to be campaign-finance related or election-interference related. Now the prosecutors have shown their hand, and their lead theory is going to be that Trump meant to interfere unlawfully with an election by concealing information that the voters might have considered. A case tends to look stronger after the prosecution picks a theory and commits to it. The evidence of deliberate falsification of records is going to be very strong.

Doesn’t matter what the motivation was

The jury will look at the fact that Trump illegally charged the payout
