Face it, Obama-haters, he is going to get re-elected

I think that if it was left up to the Puppet Masters, Obama would possibly get reelected. From my position, they have long ago lost their bearing, and have drifted way off course. I'll put my chips with the Think outside of the Box crowd, and Vote Principle, or at least that which comes closest to it. You all might get off on being played and manipulated, but I don't. I can't. Too many are seriously hurt in the process. You have so far abandoned Virtue, you don't even recognize it anymore. You are at war with it and don't even realize it. There is a true Bully out there, you will find it reflected in the mirror. If you did not have other peoples money to despite-fully use, you would be empty shells.

So no evidence? Okay, thanks.

Again, the fact that you can stand there with a straight face and claim that the Commander in Chief has no effect or influence on the pulse of the Nation, including Employment, Unemployment, the Trade Balance, the general tone of the Nation, is beyond me. Are you really, truly that ignorant, or are you just playing with this weeks DNC Talking Points? Tell me that you are not that stupid. Please.

Of course he had a hand in those things. But I do not believe he had a hand in making the economy worse. Why? Because I haven't heard of a single policy that has done it besides the EPA regulations. Even that was okay, because Obama has created about a quarter million green jobs (and counting) in their place.

Wow, so Obama created 250.000 green jobs

does that include the companies that have went bankrupt? And are you telling us the Obama USED his own monies to CREATE these so called green jobs? And just how many of these so called Green jobs that he gave OUR MONEY away to HAVE BEEN friends of his campaign...Joe Kennedy ring a bell anyone?

Romney - the Christian Right (which now runs the Republican party) doesn't like his religion. Freedom of Religion and Separation of Church and State aren't in their Constitution and Bill of Rights, remember.

It has nothing to do with "freedom of religion". No one is saying Romney or other members of the LDS can't practice their stupid religion.

It's a matter of making judgments on his batshit crazy beliefs. He believes some truly crazy stuff and that stuff doesn't become less crazy because you call it "a religion".

He's probably going to be the nominee because the GOP Establishment is doing everything it can to rig the game in his favor. Today it just disqualified Perry and Gingrich from the VA primary. And when a lot of people who dislike Romney for various reasons don't show up for him, they are going to be scratching their heads wondering why they lost to Obama, who by all rights should be a one-term president.

His crazy beliefs are no more absurd than Baptist or Catholic or Islamic or Jewish crazy beliefs.

No, they are vastly more absurd because they are scientifically disproven...

And falling into the trap...I saw it coming months ago.

What trap? The House teabaggers weren't 'trapped'. They voted exactly as they advertised they would vote, when they ran.

This was not about a middle-class tax break. This was about larding on a bunch of teabagger conditions for extending a middle class tax break. Like Keystone Pipeline. Like lowering Federal salaries. All the add-ons to legislation that teabaggers yell and scream about when Democrats do it.
Wrong answer, Clown boy. Obama himself said he wanted a year. He switched gears.

:eusa_hand:

LOL. He threw it a few months closer to the election, and that will be to the considerable disadvantage of the present Teabaggers.

This was one of the sharpest political maneuvers that I have ever seen in my nearly seven decades of observation. Worthy of FDR, TR, or even Nixon. Our President hung your Teabagger GOP up by it's own petard. All for tax breaks for the very wealthy, but against even 2% for the working and middle class.

And you guys put an exclamation point on the fact! What a wonderful gift going into 2012.

Obama still wants a year. Two months kicks the decision down the road

If Republicans did not load that bill with so many poison pills, it would have passed weeks ago.

Instead, they wanted a Christmas present for the oil companies

Just tell the truth. DEMOCRATS DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT.

Noah's Flood?

Virgin Birth?

Sun standing still in the sky?

I find the LDS religious ideas to be no more silly than most religions were and are. Each can believe what they desire, as long as they do not try to force me to believe.

so you admit is was ALL A GAME? and you're just hunky Dorey with that. Party over country eh?
And you all dumb saying, tax breaks for the wealthy or a middle class tax cut is bullshit. A TAX CUT is a tax cut.
and I think the American people are smart enough to see that a MEASLY two month extension on this crap is about as worthless as the Obama and his party is.

How long are they going to kick it down the road?

When it disappears over the cliff and follow it?

The GOP candidates are all jokes, and Obama has had a steady incline in the polls since October. Nationally, he is either tied or is leading any of the GOP candidates.

It's too early to say what will happen next Nov. The GOP doesn't even have a candidate yet.

However, I recall how conservatives reacted when Clinton was re-elected in 1996 after four years of being constantly bashed by conservatives on talk radio. Keep in mind that 1996 was the very first year of Fox News, and the Internet was just getting off the ground. Conservatives were just livid that all those years of anti-Clinton rhetoric hadn't caused Americans to vote against Clinton and for Dole.

So, IF Obama wins re-election, everybody should be prepared for the wailing that will come from the right. It's going to be loud, and it's probably going to be worse than anything we've heard up to this point.

Big deal, we sat through all the BS (anti-war marches, code pinkos rushing Condi Rice with fake blood on their hands, etc etc), and all the bashing and wailing that came with the reelection of Bush.
So what will be fun is to come back here If the Obama loses and the wailing we will see then.....

Hardly. So tell us why is depleting an empty trust fund beneficial for solvency.

Maybe they can recycle all the IOU's in it and get something for it?

The idiocy of a democrat is beyond pale.

The People need that 25 cents an hour.

the populace is too stupid to know what we are doing, you pay in less you get less out.

Hey maybe students can use that few bucks they save in payments and send it in.

They only have to pay out more over the long term.

Notice the KEY in these things. DEMOCRATS DONT WANT TO PAY.

Of course they don't. They are being greedy with money that doesn't belong to them in the first place.

They have other Socialist programs to support as they make more Americans dependent...and in the same instance kill off the source (private sector) that pays the bills.

Obama is neither dismissing nor disciplining people in his administration who are caught up in constant save-face matters, and I have not received convincing material from my party that voting is going to be fair next go round, either.

The Obama administration is so synced to having its way, it's using too many short cuts that are bothering both sides of the aisle. The 2500 white paper Obama health reform is a case in point. It was a dirty trick, they kinew it before they did it, they bent rules to cram it down voters throats, and then they pretended the following election unseating their House majority and almost the senate didn't happen. I hear a lot of rallying the base noises, but they have truly angered independents who value civility, orderly process, and a modicum of traditional handling of the legislative process.

The way some of those people act, it's obvious nobody ever put a hairbrush to their little naughty bottoms, because the Demmies are playing mean on the playground they've made of the congress.

The anti-war marches were BS? How is that? No WMDs were ever found in Iraq. Wasn't that the pretext for war? And look what's happened as a result of that war. America's credibility was ruined. America now has a reputation as a country that tortures prisoners thanks to Abu Ghraib and the fact that we, as a nation, actually tortured people, some of whom were guilty of nothing. 4,459 Americans were killed. Countless more were wounded or maimed. The Iraqi casualty rate is somewhere between about 150,000 to 500,000. The country is again descending into a likely civil war, and it's now in Iran's sphere of influence.

And, of course, the Iraq War is widely considered to have been a mistake by the American people. So, how exactly were those anti-war marches, 'BS,' again?
