Since it will be thrown out by the first real judge who rules on it, you may wonder why this indictment was brought forth in the first place. At first glance, it would appear to be nothing more than a cheap political stunt to embarrass a GOP Governor and potential Presidential Nominee. However, this will only further diminish the standing of the Democrats in staunchly Red Texas. Why, then, do it?

The answer is that Democrats are deathly afraid of the GOP lawsuit against Obama's obvious violation of his Constitutional authority, which could serve to undo the ACA and many other actions he has taken. (That is why they first invented the bogus Impeachment story.) By issuing this frivolous indictment on a seemingly similar issue, the Democrats hope to denigrate the GOP lawsuit as nothing more than political tit for tat. Thus when the indictment is thrown out, the Dems will cite this as precedent for dismissing the lawsuit against Obama.

Should the indictment be thrown out do you really believe the media will report it?

Well, FOX might.....but even that's not certain in these days of IRS retribution for anti-regime thoughts.
