I wish I could say the headline is a joke, Barney was used as well.

‘Sesame Street’ songs and heavy metal blasted to torture Guantanamo detainees: report   - NY Daily News

“Sesame Street” songwriter Christopher Cerf spearheaded the film after discovering songs he wrote to teach kids how to read and write were being used as weapons of war. The report has launched the controversial interrogation method back into the spotlight.

According to the documentary, prisoners were strapped to chairs and played music — Metallica, AC/DC, Eminem, Barney and others — at loud volumes for hours or days on end.

The music drove some prisoners literally mad, screaming and banging their heads against the wall, according to the report. Others said they would have tried to commit suicide if there was a way to do so.

Senate approves measure to prevent transfer of terrorist detainees to US
November 30, 2012 - The Senate has passed a measure that prevents terrorist detainees from being transferred to facilities on U.S. soil, a day after it was revealed a prominent Democrat had commissioned a federal report to identify U.S. locations that may be suitable for housing Guantanamo prisoners.
