CAIRO, (PIC)-- The Egyptian peoples assembly passed a resolution on Monday with a majority of votes asking the government to expel the Israeli ambassador from Cairo.

The parliamentary Arab affairs committee had recommended the expulsion of the Israeli ambassador, recalling the Egyptian ambassador from Tel Aviv, cancelation of the Camp David treaty, and halting gas exports to Israel in retaliation to the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip and Judaization of occupied Jerusalem.

Mohammed Idris, the head of the committee, said that an agreement was reached with the assembly’s presidium on sending a parliamentary delegation to Gaza the soonest to break the siege on the coastal enclave.

No suprises here...Israel continues to build settlements, steals land...nothing but fire in her future.

Pbel, we sure could use Magnum here, along with half a dozen of your other nesting mates. Why don't you get on the horn and round 'em up. MJB would be very glad to play with y'all again. Now,raus.

It's a weak argument, you act as though the Israeli settlements are the biggest problem of Arab countries worldwide which is false.

However I agree with you on the 'No surprises there', as the new government of Egypt is the Muslim brotherhood.

The Brotherhood's credo was and is, "God is our objective; the Quran is our constitution, the Prophet is our leader; Jihad is our way; and death for the sake of God is the highest of our aspirations."

In short they are a bunch of religious nut jobs who think it's a great idea to run a country according to a centuries old fairytale book.
They hate Israel on principle , not at all connected to the settlements.

Another funny thing is that Arab countries claim to root for the Palestinians, however Palestinians in Arab countries are treated worse then in Israel.

Seems you don't know all that much about Arab countries. They are treated quite well in Jordan.

Heck..when was the last time you were in the middle east?

This reminds me of a Palestinian friend of mine. His family was thrown out of Hebron by Israel. Somehow he made it to the US, became a citizen, and owns a business here. However, his wife and two preteen daughters are stuck in Jordan. They cannot come to the US. He only sees them two weeks every year on his vacation. I don't think Jordan is the problem.

It is a sad story, indeed.

Well a large part of the Jordanian population is of Palestinian descent, so its probably better for them there. I know in Kuwait the Palestinians are treated like dirt, and in Lebanon they are still sitting in refugee camps they set up in the 1960's.

Its very simple: Settlement building is the #1 impediment to peace talks...Israel is still claiming that her War Gains against a civilian population be recognized, with or without World approval...Her claim of E. Jerusalem spells eternal war. Only sharing or internationalizing Jerusalem might save her if she makes peace with Islam...

There are no peace talks to impede.

Oh sure go get all and invade 1.4 billion Muslims and teach them democracy like in Egypt and Libya so that we can save a useless ally which controls American foreign policy in the middle east trough AIPAC and its moneyed friends at the cost of thousands of American lives of the poor.

How about translating this phrase or write it in laymen's terms. Thanx.

The last time i were in the middle east is a minute ago.
Wait that's a lie , the last time i were in the middle east is a second ago.

since when arab countries = jordan
???
Jordan is but one arab country and not arab countries in general.
Also in Jordan :

According to what we have learned in our interviews, although Palestinian refugees have been given Jordanian nationality, they are strongly discriminated against because of their Palestinian origins. In practice, roughly 90% of all government posts, in particular in the army, police, magistracy and the universities are reserved for people of Jordanian origin.
The Jordanians of Palestinian origin appear to be convinced that the authorities look upon them as temporary citizens who shouldn't really be given the right to settle because it is envisaged that they will one day return to Palestine.
UNHCR | Refworld | Jordan: Treatment of Palestinians; inter-ethnic relations between Palestinians and Jordanian tribes as well as state protection available to Palestinians who are physically assaulted by Jordanian tribes people (upon the Palestinian

Keep in mind that Jordan is the Arab country where Palestinians get the best treatment ... From here it just goes downhill.

Who were talking about Jordan being a problem ?
Somehow you figure that Arab countries in general means Jordan ?

Take Lebanon for example :
According to Human Rights Watch, Palestinian refugees in Lebanon live in "appalling social and economic conditions." They labor under legal restrictions that bar them from employment in at least 25 professions, "including law, medicine, and engineering," a system that relegates them to the black market for labor. And they are "still subject to a discriminatory law introduced in 2001 preventing them from registering property."[2] The discrimination Palestinians "suffer" when they apply for jobs in Lebanon has been compared to the "apartheid mentality" used by the ruling Sunni family of Bahrain towards its' majority Shi'ite population.[4]

PS - There is a good reason why your friend choose to immigrate to the USA and not another Arab country.

He could live with his family in Jordan and he choose to be in the USA but he didn't ...

You are wrong Number 1:
#1 impediment to peace talks is that Hamas official charter says there could be no peace until Israel is destroyed.

You are wrong Number 2:
Israel won Jerusalem and the West Bank from Jordan , and not from civilian population like you claim.

It has something to do with Palestine never being a country thus controlling no territory.

Then why has the line around the West Bank never been a border?

Woovereyes, Jordan never owned E. Jerusalem, they merely administered the area as a UN Mandate...the ownership was Palestinian.

What? When? Did those Jordanian squatters call theselves Palestinians at that time?
