Revelations is about End of Days, the time of which no man knows.
Well that's not quite accurate. Revelation is about the establishment of God's good Kingdom on Earth which happens in the form of New Jerusalem at the end. Revelation follows Jewish apocalyptic tradition right down the line with only a few minor exceptions (such as it is not anonymous, for example, which is how apocalypses were usually written). It's actually a very significant difference. Revelation does not say the world will end. That would be totally counter to Jewish apocalyptic thought and would render the entire thing (life, human existence, and Jewish/Christian suffering) pointless.
Earth becomes a paradise in the "new age", and the evil of the "current age" is totally destroyed (not cast into hell, no eternal suffering or anything like that. Evil is completely annihilated and wiped from existence).
