I know this calculation is way beyond your pay grade but 46% of 55% equals 25%. That tells us one-quarter of eligible voters chose to hump the Rump.

Whenever a "third" party was able to do that the winning Duopoly party got well below 50% --- e.g. Wilson 1912, Nixon 1968, Clinton 1992.
