I just was at MACYs, and when I walked into the vestibule (between the outer and inner doors), there were 5 posters - 4 were of blacks and 1 was a white. This type of overrepresentation of a minority population is by intent.

But.….continuing my thought….I am less likely to buy from a specific brand when the company that sells its wares announces over the PA system or has signs up in shelves that it is a black-owned company and encourages customers to buy from them.
