Did Obama DESERVE to become president??

I asked what itr was that he led that gave youy the confidence that he would be a great leader...

And you answered with "what the republicans didnt do"

Then you mentioned what a great military and intelligence agencies we have and their success in minimizing casualties while taking out some bad people.

And then you say he has done a great job.

But if you read what you wrote.....you have yet to show any sign of leadership.

In fact...you excuse his lack of leadership by blaming the GOP for wanting him to fail.

I got news for you sweetheart......the oppposing party ALWAYS wants the president to fail...

But those with great leadership overcome that and get the congress working together.

So how is he doing with that?

Working with people who publicly say they want him to fail? How is that possible?

Unemployment benefits: not until Bush tax cuts pass, Senate GOP says - CSMonitor.com

GOP willing to hold millions of Americans hostage to get tax cuts for the super rich. These are the people who you feel he can "lead" if he knew how? Yea., lead us over a cliff.

What the fuck has Obama done so far?

lol...

So naive. Tax cuts for the super rich....lmfao...you people are hilarious with your belief of spin.

Anyway...back to the topic.....

A leader does not cry and whimper when the opposition gives them a hard time. A true leader finds a way to make things happen.

Like Clinton did.

Cries and whimpers? Obama?

This is what crying looks like:

I would have expected something better from you...
Then I realized it was you I was debating.

No

for the first "affirmative action" MSM pick

he has done very badly

Actually he's done relatively well considering his lack of experience and leadership skills.

He could have been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay worse considering what a blank slate he was going into the job.

Thank goodness he kept so much of Bush's foreign policy in place.

To be fair

he has probably done no worse than someone just randomly picked from the phone book

Of course, since the majority of Americans reject his brand of socialism
we actually might have done better with a random pick
:eusa_angel:

Today?

oh you mean back election time

Well of course, after not being properly vetted by the MSM
and with no real work record to run on
The press could sell him as anything

Now that Americans have a taste of his brand of socialism and radical policies
the majority are against him

Don't care If you liked his policies or not.

Do you really think someone with that shallow a resumee derserved to be elected president????????????????

Absolutely NOT...

A better question to ask would be did he deserve his Nobel Piece Prize?

I could spew all sorts of piece love hope and dope bullshit, however that shouldn't qualify me for a Nobel Prize..

He did nothing special to earn his position as president and he did nothing to deserve that Piece Prize...

One can talk all they'd like however it's action and production that matters..........

His voting record as a Senator is a joke...

IMO he was never nothing more than a product of affirmative action..... That's probably why he refuses to turn over his academic records - he was probably never a good student - probably D's and C's.....

66 million Americans believed that Obama deserved to be President. That was 8 million more than believed John McCain should be President

If Barack Obama didn't deserve to be President in 2008...who did?

So I guess Bush deserved his first term...and his second term?

I mean...using that logic.....correct?

Both parties fell down in the nominating process.

Hillary should have been the Democratic nominee.

Mitt should have been the Republican nominee.

That would still have given the Dems an advantage in the making-history and not-Bush columns, but it would have been a more worthy contest, and imho we would be in much better shape economically now if that had been the choice in 2008.
