White liberals tried this in Australia and in Canada when they removed aboriginal children from their parents in order to break the cultural cycles. It didn't work out well.

Liberals being liberals, they never learn from history and American liberals are trying to do the same thing by keeping control of black kids from early in the morning to very late at night, by giving them breakfast, lunch, dinner, monitoring them after school and such. This liberal totalitarian impulse will produce the same disastrous effects as seen in both Australia and Canada.

Blacks like their ghetto culture, so it's not really the place of nice, white, liberal ladies to go in and fix these people.

The left keeps importing millions of Mexicans because once they have kids who are part of the American melting pot, the kids think for themselves and aren't as susceptible to marxist brainwashing as are illiterate blacks. So it's an ongoing process of bringing in new illiterates who'll do the marxist's bidding.

A lot of first generation American-born Mexicans go to great lengths to distance themselves from their Mexican heritage, many intentionally not even learning Spanish. In computer industry factory work environments in California, where nearly all the workers were Mexicans, the divide between American Mexicans and immigrant Mexicans was wide to say the least. Our office staff, mostly young American Mexican women, wouldn’t even talk to our factory workers; wouldn’t even acknowledge their existence in fact. Hispanics who are no longer part of the slave pool terrify democrats.

BTW My partners and me had to move our factory to Mexico after three years on account of we couldn’t afford Mexicans.
