The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) is a gifted education program for school-age children founded in 1979 by psychologist Julian Stanley at Johns Hopkins University. It was established as a research study into how academically advanced children learn, and became the first program to identify academically talented students through above-grade-level testing and provide them with challenging learning opportunities. CTY offers summer, online, and family programs to students from around the world and has nearly 30,000 program enrollments annually. CTY is accredited for students in grades K to 12 by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools (source of information: Wikipedia).

This enduring North American youth-education 'camp-modelled program' suggests that the modern age provides us with complementary 'antidotes' of youth stimulation to the known standard 'trend' of tech-toy hypnosis (i.e., youth obsession with video games).

Courses at CTY in psychology and linguistics (for example) may offer youngsters the chance to explore the 'sociological applications' of the mass marketing of video games in modern tech-focused human culture and therefore get a 'hands-on' education about the actual psychological 'assessment' of tech usage. A CTY teacher may tell his/her students about the cultural impact of 'touch-screen' computer technologies utilized by respected electronics/hardware companies such as HP.

These sorts of new age sociological considerations reveal why education is a key component of modern social activity and why international groups such as the UN (United Nations) should be compelled to invest in education-related geo-political initiatives relevant to modernism in general.

That's why many social leaders from around the world are curious to see how the U.S. President (Donald Trump) a former venture-capitalist and owner of Trump Taj Mahal casino (in Atlantic City, New Jersey) will coordinate capitalism-politics (i.e., European Union, NATO) with education referendums.

America already boasts the world's most respected formal coalition of universities --- the Ivy League.

So should observers of the Trump Administration pay closer attention to the media focus on the U.S. government's commitments to 'worldwide education marketing'? I think the answer is obvious. I won't be satisfied with a 'token-capitalist' U.S. President.

TRUMP: America boasts the Ivy League but inner-city schools are underfunded.
CARTER: Global critics may cite domestic financial mismanagement.
TRUMP: It simply means we need more evaluation of demographics.
CARTER: American youngsters purchase a heck of a lot of video games (e.g., Xbox).
TRUMP: That's because their parents watch a heck of a lot television (e.g., HBO).
CARTER: The CTY program at Johns Hopkins (Maryland) offers youngsters intellectual 'training.'
TRUMP: If 'global critics' know that my administration supports education (e.g., CTY), we'll feel stronger.
CARTER: Modern capitalism intrigue worldwide has put military and business ahead of education.
TRUMP: We could recommend CTY teachers tell their students about 'civilization' video games (i.e., SimCity).
CARTER: We want world leaders to know that the American government is invested in 'education dialogue.'
TRUMP: That requires businesspeople to convey the notion that education is vital to commerce.
CARTER: That would require a more thorough cultural evaluation of commerce-related pedestrian activity.
TRUMP: Alright! I'm sure there'a s CTY course about the sociological phenomenon of Facebook.
CARTER: Let's recommend to the UN that CTY be evaluated in terms of 'geo-cultural education investments.'
TRUMP: It would surely deliver the message that America is a world leader in education defense.
CARTER: It's ironic that audiences are anticipating the release of the upcoming defense film Alien: Covenant.
TRUMP: Oh yeah, and kids love the relevant popular fortress video game Alien: Isolation.
CARTER: Perhaps education can be linked to history!
