Judge: Kan. man who donated sperm to lesbian couple must pay child support - Washington Times

This bullshit just infuriates me. Gays want equal treatment but not the BILL. Whats worse is this stupid judge ruled they way they did.

Some women & gays scream about equal treatment but then when the rubber hits the pavement they bawk.

The kicker is without a man they couldn't have a child. Then when shit goes south they sue the man.

Someone needs to put forth some laws PROTECTING men from shit like this.

Woulda thought part of the legal contract couple and donors make (would assume they have one) would specfiy immunity from financial obligations for the donor, otherwise there's very little reason to be a donor in the first place. This sounds like something that'll will be overturned on appeal.

Thin. More likely an anti-gay couple having kids thing than any real concern over the how and who aspect. It'll be overturned. Did the lesbian couple sue for child support? Or did the state get into it on its own? If the lesbian couple didn't sue, and the state took it upon itself to ge involved, it'll definitely get overturned and the state may find a judgement against it for costs.

There was a contract under the terms the man was not responsible to pay child support. When one of the women applied for welfare the state was invited in and now want the father to pay up. Why should taxpayers pay to support the child?

Had the women gone through a legal agency the state would have been part of the proceedings from the very beginning.

The guy learned a very expensive lesson about spreading the sperm around.

They should have used an anonymous donor. Never see his face, never learn his real name, pay him in cash. That way, the state COULDN'T hit him for child support.

Lame excuse. LAME

This IS NOT about taxpayers, it's about unequal protection for men in child support cases.

And the guy didn't learn a lesson as you put it. He hot railroaded.

The women are vermin and the judge is a cretin, but the guy was a fool for ever getting involved in their idiocy.

If the lady that didn't carry the baby legally adopted the baby, that man most definitely should not have been brought back into the picture. If the two ladies couldn't provide for the child, why should anything be dumped into the guy's lap when the ladies are the ones who wanted to child to begin with?

God bless you and the man and the child always!!!

Holly

P.S. If homosexual people want to be looked at in a better way by the rest of us, dumping their responsibilities onto someone else's plate is not going to make that happen.

no wonder we a frikkin doomed

Why are you digging up a two year old story?

The court ruled that because a Dr wasn't used for artificial insemination that the man was responsible.

Correct he did not follow the law. He knocked her up. Only difference was the delivery method.

1. If the gay couple had been able to marry or the 2nd parent able to adopt in a 2nd parent adoption...this would not have happened.

2. If they had all used a doctor for the insemination...this would not have happened.

3. If they had secured a lawyer to draft the contracts instead of downloading one they found on the internet...this would not have happened.

Don't be pissed at "the gheys" because Kansas wants to get some money.
