Couple Sues Wal-Mart for Calling Cops Over Bath Time Photos

Wow. You took the time to understand it and still couldn't get it right. That takes a really special breed of retard! but I still love the username ;)

Well, then, how about a little group hug so you and Lonestar can move on to higher aspirations than board monitor.

Sometimes common sense needs to prevail. In this case it didn't.

Well, Common sense is not all that common anymore. A friends kid was arrested and charged with a felony, for having his Brother's Driver's License in his wallet... A law which was created to bring the hammer for ID Theft... is now being asserted against people where there is no evidence of such.

And such is the nature of giving power to idiots...

"Our family is very open and comfortable. We don't want our children to feel inhibited in their own house," A.J. Demaree said. "If they want to run around in their underwear, if they want to go run and grab an old Halloween costume and throw that on and run around the house, or if they want to run around the house naked and play around, that's what we encourage."

Id say there is something wrong with these people

I read the story and didn't hear any descriptions of pictures that warrant any police action.

Who knows what the other pics were though, as I dont know I can't comment.

If the parents did nothing that a "reasonable person" would consider wrong the judge would let it go...IMO.

From the article: "According to the police report, photos were of the children in provocative positions, with their genitals exposed."

There are sick bastards out there who exploit their own children. If this case had turned out to be parents who were doing so and the developers and police had looked the other way, I can only imagine the outrage here.

"We went on a central registry of sex offenders. Our names went on that registry," Lisa said.
I'm not sure I believe that, as that happens after one is convicted.

The Demarees have sued the city of Peoria and the State Attorney General's office for defamation and Wal-Mart for failing to tell them that they had an "unsuitable print policy" and could turn over photos to law enforcement without their knowledge.
Then they are simply idiots.

BTW, where's all the outrage about frivolous lawsuits and tort reform??

Kudos to WalMart personnel for reporting it. There are far too many pedophiles in our society, and someone needs to watch out for and intervene for those who cannot speak up for themselves.

What happened after WalMart's reporting this is not WalMart's problem, but a reflection on the legal system.

I don't understand the need to photograph your children bathing and lying together naked. The old "bearskin rug" shot is cute, but anything more than that, in my humble opinion, is inappropriate.
I can't imagine those children growing up and saying, "Oh, I just love this childhood photo of me where you can see my little genitals."

How do the parents teach these children who they can and can't display their bodies to? You can't simply allow "family" viewing, because their are sickos within families. I worry for these children.

How's that custom tinfoil hat coming along? You know they DO make medicine for retards like you that think taking a pic of your kid nekkid is porn? Sorry, asswipe, but kids are cute. Even the tub. Or when they yank their own diapers off in the kiddie pool in the back yard.

It has NOTHING to do with porn, moron. So no, there's no kudos to Walmart. Say it like it is: Kudos to the police state from YOU. Fuckers like you are ridiculous.

Can you blame them? They say a wet diaper adds 3lbs... :eusa_whistle:

They should do something about the parents who encourage the provacative poses in those little girl pageants. They are anything but beautiful, they don't even look human with those hairstyles and all that makeup.

And they have all their clothes on.

I didn't see these particular Walmart pictures so I can't say but 8 pictures seems like a lot.

You have to be careful about what you're doing to these little ones. They grow up fast enough.

Ain't THAT the truth...

You are special.. People like you are also the reason parents can't discipline their children anymore, either.

You should be proud of yourself.
