cop shoots partner

We can thank that racist bastard that was president for 8 years for that.

Nice to see you finally have an honest AVI.

Not sure how Obama was responsible for an incompetent cop shooting his partner by mistake, or otherwise all the unprofessional behavior we saw on that tape.
you're never sure of anything except that you hate this country.

AND all JUSTIFIED-sorry

Tell that to Jason van Dyke and Michael Slager... they are in prison for those "justified" shootings. The other guys lost their jobs, but they got off too easy.

Mike Brown had a felony conviction

No, he didn't.

stole
attacked the clerk
attack the cop
so cops can't defend themselves...?????!!!!

Cops can defend themselves when their lives or the lives of others are in danger. When the fatal shots were fired at Brown, he was 157 feet away from Wilson with his hands up.

and this DANGEROUS idiot CRIMINAL had a knife also
and you want the cops to WAIT to shoot???? DUMB

Naw, they should wait for him to take a hostage and THEN shoot.

you have a WHOPPING TWO!!!! wow
out of over 30 MILLION!!!!!!!!!!
of course you are going to have mistakes...but there is not a major problem
The state of Missouri told the paper that Brown hadn't been convicted of any class A or B felonies as a juvenile — the most serious types of felonies under state law, including crimes like burglary, or the most serious drug crimes. The state hasn't said anything about whether Brown had any less serious crimes on his record, including misdemeanors or Class C or D felonies.
so they say he didn't have any A or B felonies
but do NOT comment on C and D
hahahahhahahahaha
Mike Brown didn't commit any serious felonies
hands were not up--you have just FKed up
all evidence says they were not up
so he steals,
AND attacks a clerk
AND walk in the middle of the street--then disobey lawful orders from the cop
AND then attacks the cop
all evidence is against you
why do you love criminals that steal/fk people over/etc so much?

No, we have two that we know of.. and only because videotape existed.

Had these two incidents not been videotaped, the police department's lies and cover ups would have ruled these "Justified" shootings.

Now, 99% of cops are great guys doing a difficult job under difficult circumstances. and one percent should have picked something else on career day, and when they look at their records, you find a whole bunch of questionable behavior before the shooting.

so they say he didn't have any A or B felonies
but do NOT comment on C and D

Probably because those aren't recorded, and aren't that serious.

16 witnesses said he had his hands up.

and nothing he did that day required a cop to shoot him. Lethal force should ONLY be used if there is an imminent threat of harm to the officer or a civilian. When he was running away, there was no threat at that point.

Seems to me to be poor trigger discipline. Unfortunately it’s not uncommon amongst improperly or under-trained shooters these days. Including LEOs.

I used to officiate and do range officer work for large action shooting (IDPA) matches. Trigger discipline was one of the most common problems we had with shooters.

Many people simply do not train enough or properly when it comes to this pivotal issue.

but he was not charged
sorry --everything is against you--facts -evidence-COMMON SENSE/etc
hahah--those witnesses were found to be lying/bullshit
so, he :
steals
strong arms/attacks the clerk
walks in the middle of the street--DISOBEYS lawful orders for his OWN safety
then attacks the cop
and you want to believe he was NOT a threat/jackass/hands up/etc???!!!!!!
your mind MUST be warped by racism

I did a lot of shooting in the USMC in 8 years--I only remember one ''negligent discharge''
I can't remember the exact safety training/rules/commands [ so long ago ]
maybe bootcamp drilled it into us

The shooting that way in the hostage situation, so many firing so many rounds, was criminally stupid.

well, no.

The city of Ferguson paid Brown's family $1.9MM rather than even risk going to trial over Wilson's negligence.

steals
strong arms/attacks the clerk
walks in the middle of the street--DISOBEYS lawful orders for his OWN safety

None of those things matter. The only question is was he at threat when he was standing 157 feet away from Wilson with his hands up.

He wasn't.

WINNER
you weren't there Joe
awarding $$$$$ does not mean guilty--what country are your from--nazi Germany? Uganda with Amin? Pol Pot Cambodia?
innocent till proven guilty in America
AND we have all the FACTS I mentioned

You weren't there, stop lying criminal lover.

Nope. But the city paid out 1.9MM rather than listen to people who were there in court.

you weren't there Joe

Neither were you or Nazi-boi.

Quite the contrary.... What paying money usually means is that some lawyers for the city sat down, looked at the evidence, and said, 'If this gets to a jury, we are going to end up paying millions of dollars, if they have a lawyer who is even half-awake".

Just because a prosecutor refused to do his job doesn't make anyone innocent.

The good news is- The prosecutor who tried to cover up LaQuan McDonald voted out of office.

This guy - voted out of office.

The guy who covered up Tamir Rice's shooting- Voted out of office.

The day of covering for corrupt cops is over, buddy. They are just too expensive.
