So far Obama has rejected advances in petroleum energy, has used the IRS as a gestapo like espionage agency and has taken a hostile attitude towards corporations that create jobs. What they mean is they will continue to cut taxes for the wealthy, continue to allow fees to be raised which are regressive, and seek to end SS so the bankers and brokers will be able to invest this money for the working men and women, with no guarantee anyone will make money but for the bankers and brokers.

The government does create jobs. That it cannot is another BIG LIE parroted by right wing hacks. Jobs are available now in the navy, army and air force; the federal register has grants available which will require labor (that is jobs) and look at the retail jobs which grow near every City Hall, Court House and other government buildings.
