Congratulations Republicans; You Actually Let Russian Intelligence Use You To Spread Propaganda On US Television

The biggest story of the week, the month, and perhaps the rest of 2024 should be the fact that Republicans predicated their entire impeachment inquiry of President Joe Biden on information provided to them by an agent of the Russian government.

Instead, yet another Russian incursion into American politics directly facilitated by Republican officials is falling flat.

Comer, Grassley, and others should be fighting off calls for their resignations after betraying the country.

Hunter and Joe Biden should sue Fox and everyother media source the knowingly continued to spread information they either knew, or were made aware of was false.

But what Republicans in Congress did, was and is sedition at it's core. We as the American people should demand they be held accountable. When the Democrats win back the House this year. Their first order of business should be subpoenas to every Congress person and Senator, to testify if they knowingly spread Russian disinformation.
That is all the MSM is. Propaganda. Next.

Quote them
Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch was one of four Trump impeachment witnesses who testified that it was "official U.S. policy" — supported by international stakeholders — to push for Shokin's removal.

  • Trump's former special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker — a Republican-called witness — testified that the allegations against Biden were "not credible" and that Shokin's firing "was widely understood internationally to be the right policy."
  • Former State Department official George Kent testified that Shokin had undermined a U.S. program — funded with "taxpayer money" — to "build an independent investigator unit to go after corrupt prosecutors."
  • David Holmes, a former diplomat in Ukraine, testified that his understanding was that Shokin "was not at that time pursuing investigations of Burisma or the Bidens."
At least five more State Department witnesses — Geoffrey Pyatt, Amos Hochstein, Victoria Nuland, David Wade and Antony Blinken — independently confirmed those facts in the 2020 Senate investigation.

Three Republican senators also were among those who pushed for reforms to Shokin's office in February 2016, a month before he was fired.
In response to Shokin himself claiming Biden wanted him fired because he was investigating Burisma, former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko told Fox News that Shokin was "completely crazy."

Regardless of "quotes", if the VP goes on video and makes this supposed "quid pro quo", and the President doesn't object, does it not make sense it was supported by the executive?

The entire investigation was predicated on the opposition research done by Hillary's campaign. Most of that made up information came from.........
No it wasn't.

Not likely not. 100% not.
Sure if Trump didn't decide to run for president, He MAY not have been investigated.
I'm surprised someone didn't launch one in 2014.

So doesn't it follow that this is politically motivated then?
No, they were looking for crimes.
Just like the teabagger congress was against Biden.
Except.............one investigation fell apart and one didn't.
If you are agreeing that these prosecutions dont happen if Trump isnt in political arena how can you come to any other conclusion. And if that's the conclusion how can you be ok with it?
Crime is a crime.
How many democrats on this board or elsewhere, were staunchly defending Biden, calling for Hur to be fired, sending death threats to teabaggers?
Most were saying go for it.
Except he does own Trump Towers.
No, he doesn't.

You're mad he's using the tax system to his advantage? Tell me who had more influence in setting up that system Trump or Biden?
It isn't the tax system, it's Trump's dubious filings.

Unless Obama himself declares Biden went rogue and made a quid pro quo without executive support, I'm not sure what hope your scenario has.

Good luck though.
It wasn't US policy that Biden extort the Ukraine with a billion dollars of aid to get the prosecutor fired.

No it wasn't.

The Russian collusion hoax started with it. What kind of revisionist history do you listen to?

So you're ok with prosecutions being filed for political reasons?

Wow.

Looking for crimes because he was running for President. That's fucked. We aren't better as a society doing that.

Just like the teabagger congress was against Biden.

According to whom? Not the bank that accepted as collateral. I wonder who has more incentive to value collateral correctly. The bank who's putting the money at risk by loaning it or a political hack? Hmmm. I'll have to ponder that for a minute.

It's a request to the state of Florida to get it rezoned. So if that request is filed Florida gets to either keep the valuation at 18 million which they collect property taxes from or close to a billion which they will get to collect taxes from. I wonder which one they would choose....

Sorry, your cult impeached a President for withholding aid. Karma's a bitch
With a quid pro quo.

Open an investigation (we’ll take it from there) and you get your weapons
