I bet this whole "climate change issue" would be taken care of. Heck if just the Hollywood liberals would put up I bet the UN wouldn't have to con US tax payers out of their money to pay for something that has yet to be proven that it's man made.

Oh and notice that it's not global warming any more it's now "climate change". They couldn't convince everyone that we were warming the earth so now they call it "climate change" and can blame hurricanes, rainy seasons, dry seasons, tornadoes, snowstorms, etc... on man. If changing the name of it is not a telling sign that this is a joke I don't know what is.

You will be putting the money up for the climate change created by the global warming caused by the burning of fossil fuels. The present loss of the grain harvest in Russia is 20% and rising. Some areas in our Southeast are beginning to see losses from the heat.

But keep right on with your blind Conservative talking points. Living in an alternative reality is so much wiser.

I have done my part in making my home as energy efficient as I can and reducing my oil product consumption to a minimal amount. Heck my pool is solar heated. My barn is lighted with solar power. My electric fence chargers are solar powered.
I also recycle all that I can.

Our homes and work buildings use far more energy than our vehicles and most of theat electricity is produced using coal.
We need good tax credit incentives for making our homes more energy efficient.

Climate change is universally accepted. The US military and DOD have changed their entire plans for over a decade because they EXPERIENCE IT DAILY.
Now watch the right wing kooks claim that the US military are left wing liberals.
The earth is warming. I accept arguments that it is not all man made and respect those arguments but my experienceas a 56 year old conservative hunter and fisherman is that there is no doubt in my mind it is over 50% man made. I have seen it.

this is only somewhat related, but i had to get it off my chest.

has their ever been a bigger hypocrite than Al Gore?

i mean the fucking nerve of this guy.

he wins an academy award and a nobel peace prize for "educating" the world on the dangers of global warming. he claims we need to change our behaviors or else millions of people will die. millions of species will become extinct. the world will be thrown into chaos.

how arrogant is it to make the claim that oceans will rise 20 feet, than go out and buy a $9 million ocean-front property? how do you tell people to decrease their carbon footprint, when yours is 20x the average americans? at least leonardo dicaprio drives a hybrid.

how can you push for legislation that will raise energy costs for everyone (not exactly a big deal for someone worth hundreds of millions) and at the same time if enacted, make you billions?

how many times was the argument made that the reason we got into war with iraq was because companies like haliburton wanted us to. CHENEY HAD TIES TO HALIBURTON.

so it makes perfect sense that dick cheney ( a man who had divested himself of haliburton interests) sent hundreds of thousands of americans in to war to benefit haliburton, yet it's outrageous to believe al gore is pushing global warming because he's set to make BILLIONS if cap and trade is passed?

we're supposed to believe that anyone who believes in global warming is only dealing with the "science" of the issue, while anyone who disagress is akin to a "holocaust denier/creationist" that has been bought off by the oil industry. really, it's just a coincidence that a number of leading global warming activists also happen to believe in the redistriubtion of wealth policies that would inevitablly be instituted if governments bought in to this shit? that's awfully CONVENIENT

Last year, I spent 11 days in the cloud forest of the Ecuadorian Andes studying the effect of climate change on this VITAL ecosystem, and it is very, very real. It affects every aspect of every tiny ecosystem down to the water that collects in bromeliads. Let me put it this way, the rainy season was supposed to start there in early Sept. and continue through the winter. I was there from 9/11 to 9/21 and it barely rained once, and when we did get a sprinkle, the rain guages read 0. That is unheard of in that part of the world. The locals that worked the lodge (whose ancestors were the Pre-Inca that predated jesus) had never seen anything like it... and it has been a trend for a while now. The cloud forest is drying out. Also, annoying, biting horse flies showed up there for the first time ever - out of the blue, which made for a very uncomfortable time outside.

The speckled trout go up river later each year and come down river earlier each year.
Why? Because each year the period of time that the water is cooler and cold in the bay is shorter.
The oyster shoals are dieing off. Why? The water is warming.
Ask any oysterman or fishing guide.
Now wait for the claims that all oysterman are liberal environmentalists.
Deer herding and the rut is always later these days. Why? Because the weather takes longer to cool each winter. Last year the first day of bow season was almost 90 degrees here.
Non native species spread wider in south Florida over the last 40 years. Trash fi9sh have filled upmany areas I used to fish and never caught any 40 years ago. Hard head catfish, lady fish, grunts, sting rays and such have taken over many areas.
    Why? The water is warmer.
Water is 3/4 of the earth. Why has the water warmed?

One day, we'll discover that posting dire AGW warnings highlighting Mann Tree Rings and all the other phony science was actually mankinds leading contributor of AGW
